address addictions it does not direct to some questions of
"specific addictions". And this review is based on
understanding of spirituality in 12 step programs.

or any of the other 12 steppers of an addiction program you
will find this book among the best you can read.
Although only 159 pages you will find you do not want to take
the book in one sitting, however it will be hard not to.
It's best if you don't and Dr. Allen does provide for this
with a number of exercises that will change your life for
